Bodhisattva Centre
Bodhisattva Buddhist Centre is a large Teacher Training College in the South
East of England. Home to up to 37 residents and situated in two acres
of beautiful gardens, Bodhisattva Centre is an inspiring place of
refuge in the city. The Centre is just a few minutes walk from Brighton
city centre and the beach. Close to London and major international
airports, hundreds of people from all over the world come to Bodhisattva
Centre to visit, relax, volunteer and enjoy the energy of a spiritual
community.
We run regular meditation classes, retreats and courses for all levels
of ability and interest, both at Bodhisattva Centre and throughout
the South-East. The Centre was established by renowned meditation
master and Buddhist monk, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in 1992, who has since
appointed Kelsang Nyingpo as his representative.
