day we experience many irritations and annoyances. Through learning

The meditation classes in Chichester are run by Bodhisattva
Buddhist Centre in Brighton. The classes are taught by a Buddhist
meditation teacher who is engaged in one of the in-depth study programmes
at Bodhisattva Centre. Fees collected during the meditation class
pay for the basic running costs, the meditation Teacher receives no
payment.
