Even though we may not consider ourself to be an angry person, every day we experience many irritations and annoyances. Through learning the techniques for practicing patience we will be able to cope more and more in challenging situations and come to regard them in a positive way.

Bodhisattva Buddhist Centre, Brighton
The meditation classes in Chichester are run by Bodhisattva Buddhist Centre in Brighton. The classes are taught by a Buddhist meditation teacher who is engaged in one of the in-depth study programmes at Bodhisattva Centre. Fees collected during the meditation class pay for the basic running costs, the meditation Teacher receives no payment.
