Brighton Fringe Festival 3rd May - 26th May 2008

As part of the Fringe Festival, Bodhisattva Centre will have an Open House to visitors over the festival, a Meditation Workshop, and a Day Course. See below for details.

OPEN HOUSE
Bodhisattva Centre is a Grade II liste building. Visit our meditation rooms, cafe and 2 acre peace gardens.
One of our meditation rooms houses a stunning 8 foot guilded Buddha statue.

Meditation Workshop
Taught by Buddhist nun Gen Naljor.

Introducing the practice of meditation, simple practical techniques that will help us to establish a peaceful mind. An ideal introduction or refresher course.

Friend of the World

Taught by Buddhist nun Gen Naljor.

Everyone can become a friend of the world. On this day course, we learn to overcome negative habits of mind that cause disharmony in our relations with others. Through the practice of patient acceptance and unconditional love we can learn to be calm, peaceful and undaunted by life's difficulties.

Heart Jewel
