The cost for a class is £5 / £4 concessions including refreshments.
Although the classes are arranged as short courses, you are welcome to drop in at any time, you do not need to book.
Class Dates this year
Classes are suitable for beginner and experienced meditators alike. There is no physical excercise involved in the classes and chairs are provided for the meditations.
Meditations for Modern Living - 7 weeks
March 31st, 7th April, 14th, 21st, 28th,
May 5th, 12th.
Introduction to Buddhism - 7 weeks
June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th,
July 7th, 14th.
